About us
A local Waco company that treats your home like it matters
Centex Softwash has been cleaning homes and commercial properties across Central Texas since 2018. We are owner-operated, insured, and focused on doing each job the right way.
Why we do it this way
A lot of exterior cleaning damage comes from using too much pressure on surfaces that cannot take it. Paint lifts, limestone pits, water gets behind siding, and shingles lose granules. We built the business around soft washing so homes get cleaned without that risk, and we save real pressure for concrete.
Customers often tell us they thought they needed to repaint, and it turned out the house just needed a proper cleaning. That is the kind of result we aim for: honest advice, careful work, and a house that looks cared for.
Owner Evan Rossow is on jobs himself, which is why so many reviews mention him by name. We also handle commercial properties, HOAs, and public entities, and hold a TIPS USA cooperative contract for streamlined public purchasing.

Limestone and Austin stone, live oak shade, spring pollen, and red clay runoff are what we deal with every week. Our methods are chosen for the materials and conditions here, not copied from a franchise playbook.

"Centex Soft Wash did a great job cleaning the exterior of my home. I was worried that I needed to paint. Turns out my house just needed a good cleaning."
"Evan did an amazing job washing our driveway, brick columns and dirty areas around our house! I should have had this done long ago- now everything looks brand new and so clean! Very professional, neat, on time and very reliable service! Highly recommend using Centex Soft Wash! I plan to use this service regularly to keep everything clean and bright! Thank you!"
"I can't thank Mr. Rossow at Centex soft wash enough for soft washing and power washing my home and drive way. I thought I needed to repaint my fascia, but it just needed a wash. And my driveway looks like the day it was poured. He was promptly on time and very quick with his work and worked around my schedule. I will be calling him next year!"
